Default Custom-made bellybands for Naughty male Dogs

We make custom bellybands, babybands and girlieband thongs to help with
behavior problems such as the naughty dog who refuses to stop marking or peeing
on furniture, or who is incontinent. They have a waterproof inner lining and a
pocket to hold a sanitary napkin for added protection. They work great if you
take your dog with you to visit others...You can see them and/or order them at
yorkieterrier.net/bellybands.htm ...The girlieband thongs also will keep your
in season female safe and the bellybands keep males from breeding as well as
from peeing.

Wouldn't that hurt the dog in the long run?

I haven't looked at the website (I don't follow up on spam), but
I can't see how bellybands would physically harm a dog. OTOH,
unless they're made of sheet metal, I can't see how bellybands
can stop dogs from breeding.
