Default Papillion 12yrs old -pants constantly

our papillion pants even when it isn't hot or when she has been
running or exercising. she does have a problem with her breathing
passages which causes her to
cough a lot when she tries to bark. i don't know whether this is a
sign that she
is growing older and that some of her organs aren't working quite as
well etc. If anyone has a clue here i would appreciate it. thanks.

It could be a lotta things. I'd take her to the vet, if I were
you.

Could be congestive heart failure.

Panting is often a sign of pain. See what the vet has to say.

This could be any number of things all of which you need to see the vet
about. Dogs pant excessively due to pain, congestive heart failure and
asthma. Please take her to the vet ASAP. All of the above can be treated
but you need a vet to diagnose exactly what is wrong.
