Default Dog farting after eating bananas

Hi all

My 8 month old (labradoodle) puppy Eddie loves to eat fruit so I
always given him a little bit when I eat some(Peach, apple, cherries).
He's never reacted badly(i.e diarrhea or gas) but today I gave him 1/2
a banana and he has been farting continuously.

Anyone else have any similar experiences with banana's and dogs? Just
curious why it would make him fart.

As far as the bananas & the OP's dog, I'd assume he's having difficulty
digesting them. Mine won't touch them.

Yes, half a banana is quite a bit.
My Thelma is quite a fruit fiend and
a major banana fiend, but we give it
out in small bite size chunks.
