Default After quarantine

My dog is now in quarantine in the UK (she didn't qualify for the Pets
Passports scheme).

She is five years old. She was housetrained when she went into
quarantine, even though she lived in a fifth-floor apartment. I
suppose that this training will be lost now, since she's shut inside a
pen all the time?

Also, she was very fit when she went into quarantine, she used to have
2-3 hours of walks every day. I suppose she must be getting quite weak
now, after so long a time with no exercise.

How long does it take a dog to get back to normal condition after
coming out of quarantine? Is it harder to house-train dogs after
quarantine than it was originally? Are there any behavioral/physical
problems we should watch out for? I would welcome any advice. I worry
about her every day. Bay.
