Shelter ordered closed by State
You don't see this too often. News story:
http://www.eagletribune.com/news/sto...707/FP_004.htm There seems to be a lot of these grey-area shelters in New England. They charge very large adoption fees, (up to $500.US) compared to the SPCAs. (Not complaining about the fee, just noticing the difference) What's the story? We only have SPCAs/City Shelters in our area.
