MY DOG HAS A SMELLY POOPIE ASS

IT SMEELS bad! what causes this. I inspect it constantly to see what is down
there. And to my dissapointment there is nuthhg there.
It just smells. What should I do? it keeps me and my wife up cause the dog
sleeps on the bed.

please advise.
