Idiots who love saying "Dogs must be on a lead"
It was a beautiful sunny day as my size month old puppy and i walked
to wards the gleaming rays bouncing off the reservoir in front of us. Puppy was getting excited, her first tentative steps into the water and from behind me stupid water authority Hitler guy shouting at the top of his voice "DOGS MUST BE ON A LEAD", It was so un-necessary.
