Default What is a dog saying when it turns head away from you?

My little girl does that and very curious what it means. Example, she
hadn't eaten her food so I brought over a little piece of it in my hand
and held it for her to eat, which she often likes. This time, in the
most haughty way, she just turned her head away from me. For some
reason, I thought this might mean more than "I'm not interested in
eating right now, thank you".
Thx.
Robin
