Default Hi, training - and other things

Time for another stab at actually establishing a career. While I
enjoy working in retail (I'm currently a sub-manager at a department
store), what really makes me happy is anything related to dog training.
Does anyone have a recommendation for a school for dog trainers? I'm
just tossing the idea around at this point; but I'd like to become a
certified dog trainer.
Intro, or reintro: I used to be a regular reader of this group, but
haven't been on much since I quit AOL (I like this newer format on
Google, much more reader-friendly). I have two dogs, both collies:
Bonnie, age 5 and Pepper, age 18 months. Bonnie is the first dog I
really did any training on, and was a heck of a challenge. She's blind
and had some serious confidence issues as a puppy - she also has some
neurological problems and spun in circles all the time (these days she
only spins when she's really excited - in the midst of play or just
before dinner). She enjoys swimming, pulling her cart, and rally
obedience. Used to do a lot of therapy visits, but she has some health
problems that are still being worked on - skin problems mainly, that
make her shed excessively and smell like feet during much of the spring
and fall. Pepper is a great dog - she is a quick learner, and is
getting into herding (her fave), agility, obedience and tracking.
She's starting to enjoy pulling the cart, but I have to do this when
Bonnie's not around - she gets mad jealous.
I also have a foster coming to stay with me this weekend - another
blind collie, a handsome 8 year old male named Stevie Wonder (90% of
blind dogs seem to be named Helen or Stevie). Here he is:
