Default Elbow/neck

Hi again,

I've deleted the posts here and can't find the one about Saskia's elbow
problem. To the person who suggested it could be in her neck--we're still
waiting for that referral to the orthopedist. Is there anything I can do
meanwhile to try to see if it is in her neck? I can't find any direction I
can bend her neck that she resists or reacts to...

Oh, and slightly OT, for those interested, the move to the city seems to be
helping her shyness a bit. Where we lived before, we ran into lots of people
and every one of them, with varying degrees of pushiness, wanted to pet her.
Here, as we wander the neighborhoods on our several daily walks, we pass
many more people, but most of them ignore her completely, and
the ones that do want to pet her have so far universally asked first, giving
me a chance to tell them to let her go up to them. As a result, she reacts
not at all now to people we pass on the street, and only shies back a little
and then warms up quite quickly to people I stop to chat [about her] with.
The only person she's been really scared of, enough to hide behind me,
rounded a corner right into her face and then screamed--it startled me, too!
