Default Problem with neutured dog

I neutured my dog approx. 3 months ago and ever since then I've had
problems with all the other dogs in the local park trying to mount him.
This never happened before the operation but dogs consistently make a
bee line for him now whenever they see/smell him.

Has anyone come across this, or a similar, problem before? Is it
likely to be a temporary or permanent problem? Is there anything I can
do to prevent it happening?

Any advice greatly appreciated.

Many thanks

Dogs will mount un-neutered dogs, too. One thing different, besides the
hormones or lack thereof, is that a neutered dog will usually be mellower.

This has nothing to do with sex, and everything to do with how dogs are
showing who's dominant, who's the "top dog." Don't worry, as long as the
dogs are cool with it.
