Default Vegetable preparation for dogs dinner

I have been feeding my 5yo border Collie on a raw meat and crushed veg
diet for several years and she seems to be thriving on it.

To prep. the veg, I use a juicer to mulch-up cabbage, kale, carrots
etc. then mix the juice back with the mulch and freeze in individual
portions.

The problem is that this method takes me about 4 hours hard graft to
prepare the veg for about 2-weeks feed and it's something I really
don't need after working a 10-hour day.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to other speedier methods of
preping veg without loosing valuable vits and minerals ??

Any ideas are much appreciated.

Thanks
Pete
