Default Dog Cannot stand for short amount of time

My 4 year old mix dog has episodes where she cannot stand up at all for
about 15 minutes and she freaks out. This has only happended twice
within the last 5 months. After she can walk she starts to pant a lot
for about an hour and seems nervous, once she finally falls asleep she
wakes up and is totally normal again. Does anyone know what this could
be? Thanks in advanced.
