I have a 6 year old miniature poodle who doesn't like other dogs and
will continually bark at them.. He also barks when they pass our house
even when they are on the other side of the street. There are only 3
dogs in our complex that he will get along with: a 5 year old male
Bichon that lives next door, a 12 year old male Westie that lives a
couple streets over, and a female Schitz Shu. Until they get real
close, our dog will bark continually at these 3 dogs; other dogs, he
won't stop barking until we take him back in the house.
Any suggestions? I can't understand his behavior since we got him when
he was six months old and was raised with a bunch of different breed
dogs. When we take him back there when we go on vacation, he behaves
quite well.
