Default Non stop biting problem

Please help - our dog will always bite our hand or legs whenever we are
close to him, pat, hug, play or touch him. Its not real biting but more
a playful type of biting but the problem is he never stop!

Has he ever been hit? That makes dogs hand shy and you see this type
of behavior. Have you done any TRAINING with this dog? Time to get
to classes. You don't say how old this dog is, what type he is, or
how long you've had him, but training goes a long way.

thanks true, age is important in this context.
while a puppy will commonly do this, it's not as problematic as if an adult
does this.
A puppy is very trainable, and can quickly be stopped.
Training is a good idea, You have to commit yourself to the concept.
Half the work in training is training yourself to understand what works and
how to react in situations. Don't expect someone else to train your dog.
Your dog will grow to respect you, if you learn how to teach him properly.
