Default Green tea for dogs?

After dinner we always have a cup of green tea and my sheltie watches
us hungrily. She's a little begger at the table. I gave her a bit
tonight but afterwards I wondered if it could harm her. Any comments
about this?

Thanks
Lori

...........while green tea does have great antioxidant properties, I'm not
sure that dogs need caffeine.

Oops!! I didn't realize green tea had caffeine. I would not have
given it to her. In fact I shouldn't be drinking it myself in the
evening. Thanks for the info.

.........I think I read somewhere that it actually has more caffeine than
black teat, but you can check the web for an answer as I can barely remember
what I had for breakfast yesterday. g

My dogs love green tea (decaffeinated) ice cubes in the summer.
