Default Rott itching licking

I have a 10 year old rott that has a licking problem on the right front
elbow because I think it's itching her. It got infected and dr. gave
her keflex. The infection is going away but she has loss of hair and
dry, swollen skin because she keeps scratching it until it bleeds. I
cover it and have her in the halo and give her benedryl but it keeps
itching her insanely. If anyone has any advice please let me know.

.......I wonder she has a fungal infection? Only way to tell is to do a
fungal culture. Is there any soreness in the joint itself?

The itching problem could be the result of a food allergy. Eliminate
any food that contains Corn, Wheat or Soy.

Good foods to try include
