Default sick puppy :(

Hi all,

I have a golden retriever puppy that's about 4 months old.
He has been walking funny and when we looked at his feet, he has the sores
on the bottom of his paws. He has not lost any appetite, he still eats
normally, but just been walking weird. Up until a few days ago, he had a
cough, eye discharge and runny nose. The cough has started to go away
recently. He does not have any diarrhea or vomiting. But he has been acting
tired and not as playful.
I am wondering what could be wrong with him?
I took him to the vet, but the vet wasn't sure of what could be wrong.
Any suggestions/advises would be very much appreciated.

Thank you.
