**This case has been continued for September 8, 2005**

This neglect case in Lee County, Va. goes to court this coming
Wednesday, August 3 - 9:30 a.m., Lee County Court House in Jonesville,
Va.

Can you imagine an adult Mastiff that should weigh about 180 pounds
only weighing 70 pounds and still be ALIVE?

His rescuer, Debbie, took him to a vet and was able to show some
improvement with Chance, but had to relinquish him to Animal Control.

Chance is being held at Lee County Pound until his fate is decided this
Wednesday.


This petition asks the following:

That Chance be given to his rescue angel "Debbie" so that Chance can be
given the care and love he needs.

That James David Sexton (dog's owner) be prosecuted to the FULLEST
extent of the law and that he be forbidden to ever own any animals in
the future.
