pregnant dog diet
Hi all,
My dog is pregnant. About four weeks. She looks healthy and active, maybe a bit territorial at times but normal otherwise. I would like to feed her well and I don't really now. She eats a dry dog food in the main. I give her brisket and bones a few times a week. A couple of cans of cat food(sardines). She catches rabbits. That's about it. This must sound pretty shabby to you guys, but that's as good as I think I can afford. Any tips on how I can ready her for her babies would be really appreciated. peter thanks |

If I'm not mistaken instead of giving her adult dog food I believe when
a dog's pregnant it's better to give he dog food made for puppies. The same goes for pregnant cats. If I'm wrong somebody please correct me. Here's something http://www.petbitsforyou.com/pregnant.html |
