Default Dominating Doberman

Hi we are the proud owner of a red Doberman puppy just going on 10 months of
age. He is extremely obedient to the male of our household but me the woman
of the house that's home with him most days he misbehaves even sometimes
attempts to bite. Barks continuously through the day but as soon as my
partner comes home from work he turns into an angel again. I've taken him to
obedience classes we even got him neutered and nothing worked. Sometimes He
even eat laundry.

Any Ideas
