Default Three dogs-a few questions

We adopted a third dog from the shelter. Issues:
New dog has his own dog bed, the other two sleep on our bed. Is it
recommended to keep it that way or could we let the third dog on the bed
too. Not sure of dog pack rules and we want the three of them to get
along. Any suggestions?

Also, sharing toys causes nasty attack fights. Even with each of them
having their own chew. Should all chews be removed or any suggestions to
encourage peace? There are no other problems, everyone seems to get along
for the most part. Any advise or suggestions for others who know or have
experienced the same problem, we welcome.

The fact that the dogs are having other resource squabbles
(chewies) suggests that it's probably not a great idea to
let the new dog up on the bed. There's usually a
"honeymoon" period of 2-3 weeks where the dogs try to suss
out their own position in the new pack and during which
things are kind of unstable but tend to give the appearance
of being basically peaceful. I'd get rid of the chewies
until things settle down. In the meantime, keep zero
tolerance for pushy displays. They set the tone for future
interactions. Don't let anybody push anybody else out of
the way to get access to resources (like, say, you). Things
will normalize pretty quickly.
