Default Cali at 15 weeks

Here are some photos of Cali at 15 weeks old and Maui at 17 months. Cali is
doing very well and has grown just a bit (she's 3 pounds now). She knows
how to sit, stay and come but refuses to shake. Housebreaking is going well
enough too. Maui still loves having her around and in other news, he eats 2
regular meals a day with no people food. Enjoy the pictures, sorry they
aren't the best, I'm still learning how to best capture that cute brown
face.

Cali is a darling little thing and good for you and Maui! I would be
a very bad, little dog owner - the temptation to carry them around
would do me in.

Franklin says he likes her style of sleeping - very similar to his.
We always joke that he must feel very insecure and vulnerable!

Good heavens! They are incredibly cute! I love Maui's casual hairdo.

You know you can lighten/enhance pix on the Kodak site? That's what I do
with the black smudges I get when I take pictures...

thanks! I am not big into poodle fru-fru styles so Maui wears his hair
long, basically however it grows in (with the occcasional snips by me which
are never even).

I need to spend more time there to check it out. I was looking briefly
yesterday to try and lighten the ones with Cali but I got interrupted and
never finished. glad to know its possible though!

thanks, I couldn't agree more.

I do tend to carry them around a lot in the beginning. I think it was the
3rd or 4th day before my mom finally said, "you know, Cali goes upstairs".
I just always carried her up and down them so I never gave her the chance.
After that though, she has to do the 'up' part herself. She still refuses
to go down but I don't force the issue yet. Maui was the same way and he
grew out of it.

whatever style it is, it sure is cute! you'll have to post some pictures of
Franklin sometime soon
