Default Diarrhea Puppy

My wife just received a 2 1/2 month old maltese that is a little sick.
She has not eaten in 2 days, has diarrhea, and has been throwing up.
Since she wouldn't eat her dry dog food we changed it to someting
softer. She seemed pretty excited about it. She did end up eating a
little bit, but threw-up. We also ended up buying her some Pedialyte
(unflavored) for her, but she doesn't drink nearly enough. What can I
do?

Constant vomiting and diarrhea is an emergency situation,
especially in such a small and young dog. Please see your vet
ASAP.
