Am I right that you are using Outlook Express? OE has blocking capability.
I suggest that you use it - on every one of his many personas. Most of the
regulars in the group never see his posts. It makes life much more
pleasant.

On my version of OE, I would go to Message and then click on Block Sender.
Most versions will be very similar.
