Looks like both the places you're looking at are "New York State Licensed
Pet Dealers". IOW, fronts for puppy mill fodder. Puppy mills produce
carelessly bred dogs, where there is basically no consideration for anything
other than the almighty dollar. So, they don't particularly care if their
dogs have serious health or temperament problems. You might be interested

This is a good place to start, if you want to educate yourself on the breed
(CKCS), including the health problems within the breed, and the appropriate
health tests and clearances for them: http://www.ackcsc.org/ To find out
how to screen breeders and get yourself a good, healthy puppy, check this

They are a pet store. I have a collection of codes of ethics for
nearly every breed of dog in the US. Even the worst of those codes
usually prohibit breeders from selling to pet shops. A good breeder needs
to keep in touch with buyers. They need to know what they are doing right
and wrong. A caring breeder does not give up the ability to screen their
own buyers. And that breed is especially risky in terms of health. That
is one heck of a lot of money to be spending on a puppy where the breeder
doesn't even care enough to stay in the picture.
