Default I want to buy a dog (!)

Who are these people who don't seem able to be able to converse in anything
that resembles proper grammar or proper anything? I would try to read their
ramblings but it gives me a headache so I just delete and move on. Is it
worth the headache to attempt to make sense of the ramblings? Or is it
better to just see who wrote it and delete it before even looking at it?

If it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck is it worth trying to figure
out if its really a moose?

One other point for consideration. Most of the loony-acting posters are
killfiled so if you respond to them you'll look like you're carrying on a
one-sided conversation. If you continue to do so, to bait the person(s) or
leave their posts in your response, you'll end up in killfiles as well.

A good conversationalist can match the level of the party with whom he/she is conversing.
If you are unable to do so, perhaps you could use some tutoring yourself.

Whatever it takes.
