Default give me advice

I 'd like to have your advice. My GSD is 11year old.Under one of her
breast there is a lump.
Its becomming bigger and biger.Sometimes it looks skin-tight ,sometimes
it has eased of.
I cant resolve to undergo operation or not for her age.But she is still
active and fresh.
In my country there is no Vet hospital. No specific operation
room.Operations are usually done on the table of clinic. Can she be
infected? Is it a risk for her life ?

Which way let her live longer?

It's hard to advise you what to do without knowing what is available in your
area. Here she'd have a needle biopsy done to see what the mass could be
made up of. Regarding her age, a simple blood test would give the vet
valuable information regarding the health of her kidneys which filter the
anesthesia. However, what anesthesia is used in your area is questionable.
Is she spayed? I'd worry about any mass in the breast area especially if
she's not spayed. Could be a simple fatty tumor which is harmless but common
in older dogs. See if the vet can do a needle biopsy for starters.
