Default Doggie has a cold

We have a German Short Haired Pointer, about 11 years old, and he seems
to have developed a cold; we took him to the vet a week ago, and he was
prescribed some antibiotics, but the dog is still coughing, and seems
to have a runny nose.

Is there a canine equivalent to chicken soup that I could give him ?

Thanks,
Shell.

You need to call your vet.
