Default I need help!

My dog is two years old and is house trained. He has not had an
accident, minus the random few here and there on very few occasions,
since he was a puppy. Then about 2 weeks ago he started peeing and
pooping after his walks. Me and my boyfriend always make sure he does
his business before he comes back into the house, but no fail 5 minutes
later there is a present waiting in the other room. If i watch him
walk toward the room he will turn around and walk back over to me,
like he knows what he is trying to do is wrong, but the minute i look
away, there he goes. I have tried to walk him again when i see him go
towards the other room, but he then suddenly has no need to potty.
When we come back in there he goes though. I have no clue what to do,
i probably walk him at least 8 times a day, but it does not seem to
help. This whole situation just started out of the clear blue, and I
have no clue how to even approch it. He will only potty in the
bedroom, under the desk when me or my boyfriend are home, never when we
are at work or out. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP!!!!

Do you know how to clean it? That may sound really silly, but a lot
of people DON'T. If it's bare floor, it's easy. Carpet? A lot more
involved. First, pick up feces or blot urine. Then, using an
enzymatic product like Nature's Miracle, make a circle larger than the
spot, and work your way IN towards the center. Liquids disperse
through padding and carpet fibers, and most people wind up spreading
it outward more.

Use something to BLOCK the area for at least several days. Breaking
the habit is a big part of this. I have used chairs, upside down milk
crates, anything that allows ir flow while still blocking the area.

Obviously, watching him like a hawk so he can be redirected or
corrected, is imperative. Also, I would have him eliminate BEFORE the
walk, get the walk as a reward and then be given another opportunity
for elimination before coming back in. You'll need to be able to
judge whether his output was "all there is". If in doubt, keep him in
the same room with you, gated/doored/tethered and take him out again
in 5 minutes.
