And he has maximum ear cuteness, with the one up and one down effect.

I think this one is my favorite. He needs a chin rub, please.

Bully ears are the bestest, and Mr. Mushroom's sportin' some very nice
specimens.

he's totally hawt. that's his side ILP picture. someday i'll even get
it sent in and register him with the name siren's shiitake happens

Clever!

he needs a belly rub.

Miss Brown says that's why humans have two hands--one for the belly
rubbin' and one for the chin rubbin'.

thanks. he's such a sweet dog. it makes me sad to think that people
are afraid of him just because he's got a fat head and a bunch of
muscles.

The really sad thing is that bully bigots will never know what they're
missing. If they had even half a clue, they'd open their minds and be
better people for it.

Hey! You're the one who took the picture of his ferocious face. You
can't go telling me I'm afraid of his fat head. I am afraid of his
vicious snarl! But maybe I'd change my mind if I could play with his
ears.

haha! that's not vicious! that's CRAZY! when i get him all wound up
you should see him foam like a rabid beast!

you'd change your mind if he plunked down at your feet and looked up
at you with those pathetic "my owner starves me, please give me the
food you hold in your hand" eyes.

I am completely immune to those looks. I have some masters of the
melty brown eyes of pity technique. Molly is particularly adept. She
can go from radar ears, bright eyes and smiling face to pathetic sad
ears, eyes and face in 2.5 seconds when food is involved. If the
"feed me because I am such a good girl and your favoritest dog ever"
look doesn't work, she doesn't miss a beat changing to the " feed me
because I am starving and pathetic, woe is me" look. Unfortunately,
or fortunately depending on who you are talking to, my kids are not
immune.

Damn, that's good! I could stand up to it, but I'd probably have to
get out of the house quickly to keep up my resolve for more than a
minute or so.

it's amazing how well dogs can do pathetic and woeful.
