Default Dog Ear Problem

My dog is 2 years old. Her ear flap is all red from the inside and
there are a lot of little bumps all over. Im not sure what this
is...maybe some kind of allergic reaction.

If you know what it is please comment back...thanks very much.

What does the vet say? If the dogs hasn't seen a vet, she needs to.

Infection, fungus, food allergy, environmental allergy, combination. It has
to be looked at.
