Comet and Dancer went home with their new families today.

We finally have new pictures of the pups on the site.

Ling-Ling's home fell through, but we'll find her another. Meanwhile, we
took her to meet DH's sister (no) and some friends. They used to have
Dogues de Bordeaux but haven't had any dogs in a few years.

Ling-Ling walked around a little, went over to both of them and solicited
cuddles, checked out the cats (disinterested) then lay down at the man's
feet. He put his toes under her body to warm them. She stretched. He
rubbed her back with his feet. She stretched again. He used her for a
foot-warmer and she went into a deep sleep.

The wife knows dogs from way back and she was abashed that she had given
me such a hard time about taking the puppies outside to potty. First, it
was warmer when they were smaller and second, they're huge, very furry and
incredibly sturdy.

I don't think they're taking Ling-Ling, but they'd be a great home for
her. I have a feeling there's somebody else from DH's church who needs a
pup.

Just got off the phone with Nancy, and everything is going well there.
Dancer went right into his crate and has been using it as a den, his
bedroom, his chill spot, etc.

Putting the crate in the ex-pen was a good idea.
