I have to say I understand nothing about what the FDA said today about wheat
gluten and rice protein concentrate actually being wheat flour bumped up
with scrap nitrogen compounds like melamine and cyanuric acid. While that
would account for the tremendous amount of nitrogen rich chemicals added to
turn a largely starch product into a seemingly protein heavy
product.......do you think wheat gluten looks anything like wheat flour?
It's yellow! Remember the pictures of the crystals in the *wheat gluten*?
Did that look like wheat flour to you? Would rice protein concentrate be
yellow? Did no one actually look at this product?

Oh, and there's 50,000 more hogs quarantined, some in IL. ChemNutra shipped
*wheat gluten* directly to Canada and they made it into food for fish, which
was shipped back to the US and fed to teeny tiny fish on fish farms so,
don't worry, there's no melamine in adult fish......oh maybe we'll start
testing anyway as we're already testing Chinese fish for antibiotics (now
that Alabama made a stink and banned Chinese fish from their state). Now
all we lack is a shipment back to China.......then the circle will be
complete.
