Default whiney Min Pin

Once again, I need advice for my Min Pin. She's doing a lot better
than she was back when we first got her with her sleeping and being
alone issues.

She is the most whiney animal I've ever seen in my life. All the
experts say to ignore the whining and it will stop. Well, we've been
ignoring her for a month, and she doesn't seem to get it. If I leave
the room she whines. If the dishwasher is running, she whines. If
the cat is out of reach, she whines. If she hears a truck drive by,
she whines. In all honesty, it is the most annoying thing in the
world.

Does anyone - other than one particularly annoying poster, have any
real life advice for how we can get her out of this annoying
behaviour? I don't know if I can handle it much longer. She's 13
weeks old. Maybe it's just a puppy thing - and I pray to God she gets
out of it.

Thanks for your advice!!!!!

B
