The evil pool cleaner
The pool is finally fully up and running, which means "K-9", our
faithful Polaris cleaner, is doing his job 2x/day. Rudy is sure that he's actually going to climb out of the pool and take his share of the dog biscuits. While he does climb the walls, and even spits water at times, I have assured Rudy that K-9 is safely tethered to the wall of the pool, and therefore, no real threat. I don't think he's buying it. "But what if the tether breaks? Doesn't "tying" make K-9's more aggressive? Why does he get to swim in the pool and we don't?" So many questions from a young dog, and so few satisfying answers. I forgot that we're under a water ban, and if I don't fill the puppy-pool by Friday at 5, I'm doomed until Midnight Sunday (or Monday due to the holiday). That just adds to the frustration of that wheeled beast in the pool getting to swim! -- Janet Boss www.bestfriendsdogobedience.com |
