Default Stunted growth of the beta male

We have a male German Shepherd (around 4yrs old) and a male golden lab
(now about 2 yrs old). Both are registered with the Kennel Club so the
lineage and breeds are pure. However, our Younger dog hasn't reached
his full height. Is it because of the presence and domination of the
alpha male ?

Thanks in advance.

How would that work?

Have you talked with your breeder about the issue? Have your dog's
litter mates reached their "full height"?

Maybe he thinks they're like goldfish... Keep too many in too small a
tank and they stop growing.

I wonder why our Saint Bernard reached 165 lean pounds in our 930 sq ft
