For those who may have missed it in the news (I almost did), I thought
I'd post this link (which refuses to stay on the same line, so you may need to do some fancy copying and pasting): http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp- dyn/content/article/2007/06/03/AR2007060300960.html -- Catherine & Zoe the cockerchow & Queenie the black gold retriever & Max the pomeranian & Rosalie the calico cat |

I *knew* I should've reversed the order of those two sentences. I was hoping to elicit a phhhhbbbbtttt or something like! Anyway, it really is an interesting article, isn't it? And yes, not so surprising to dog people, but it's good to get the scientific community on board vis-a-vis the cognitive and emotional experiences of what my ex- boyfriend always called "the other animals." He liked for people not to forget that they are also animals.... -- Catherine & Zoe the cockerchow & Queenie the black gold retriever & Max the pomeranian & Rosalie the calico cat |

He already knows. -- Catherine & Zoe the cockerchow & Queenie the black gold retriever & Max the pomeranian & Rosalie the calico cat |
