Jazzy is getting her meds (for UTI) as ordered with a dollop of yogurt, and
is doing well. Tonight I noticed her rash is definitely clearing, but she
also had a tiny leak on carpet just before I checked the rash. She seems,
as always, happy, friendly, interested, and playful, so I'm pretty sure that
soon the UTI will be completely gone.

Thank God I hate this carpet and am going to have it removed entirely before
fall!

That's great news! The leaking might be from the UTI. If so, it
should clear up. If she continues to leak after her meds are
finished, it could be because the UTI has not been cleared up
completely. Re-testing is in order. The other thing that can
happen is spay incontinence, which is usually pretty easily treated
with meds.

Thank God I hate this carpet and am going to have it removed entirely
before fall!

Hard floors are *definitely* preferable! I've got carpet (brand
new, even), and I'd trade it in a heartbeat for wood floors.
