Default Yorkie Red Bruise?

I have a one year old yorkie and he has a red spot that almost looks like he scratched himself near his genitals. I looked to see if it was a scratched but it isn't, infact it looks more like a bruise. What could this be?

........don't know - we can't see it from here. Really, if you have any
questions is this is serious or not, take your pup to the vet. Bruising
without a cause is worrisome.
