Default One Bald Toe any ever seen this?

I didn't notice it when I first brought Gabby home two weeks ago but she has
1 bald toe on her front foot. I watched thinking she might be grooming it
bald although it's not inflamed and it doesn't appear to hurt when I touch
and poke around with it. Infact the skin seems kind of tough on that one
toe. She's not missing fur anywhere else she has the thickest fur of any
puppy I've ever seen.

I'm going to call the vet to schedule her rabies shot and do a follow up to
make sure she's worm free and I'll show the vet then. I'm just wondering if
anyone's ever seen this and if it's something I should be worried about.

Thanks
Celeste
