Default Need help with dog behavior

I have 2 Maltese-Chihuahua mix males. One is a little over 2 years,
the other not quite a year.

My husband and I are divorcing, he moved out this past weekend. The
younger dog is peeing EVERYWHERE today! He was fairly well trained to
pee on pads, but after the hubub of the move yesterday it seems like
he is marking. Both dogs were neutered some time ago.

Also, due to living arrangements, I may have to find a home for the
littler one (breaking my heart....) and am concerned that splitting
them up right after their "daddy" is gone AND me getting a roommate
soon might really put a kink in their "thinking".

Any ideas of how best to handle this?

Thanks!!!

Are you sure it's marking and not a UTI infection going on? I'd take him to
the vet for a check up.
