Default HUNGARY EURO Dog Puppy SCAM Kennels HUNGARIAN

Greetings! I have found a lace of web references in regards to Euro
scammers in the puppy industry. However, there are tons of referances
to people being scammed. Since no body is actively helping the public
in a meaningful way I hope that anyone with helpful details of their
scamming or such will post it here, thus a start..........

We have promised to buy and been promised the reservation of a Boxer
pup from a kennel in Hungary...after 2 months of waiting the kennel is
offering a different pup described as the best of the litter.
Explanation being that "our" pup had intestinal problems. A week later
he had been sold to someone else as we will now be getting the "best"
of the litter. Problem is we already chose from photographs the boxer
pup we wanted and have been waiting for it for 2 months.

Delivery by air from Hungary was promised for a fee of 800euros with
the kennel providing a "friend"
working with Lufthansa who would bring it over. Now, with the 2nd pup
going on 3 mo of age, that "friend" is having problems arranging his
schedule to accommodate the 2 days of travel. We were hoping to get a
pup and not a full grown dog as well as avoiding the rabies shot
requirement once 3 months of age occurs.

I have already wired bank transfer as this does look like a real
kennel with pedigrees and dogs dating back over a decade. I have
spoken to them, they appear and sound like real breeders. Perhaps 2
red flag's is that their web page hasn't a link page to other kennels
and their street address is nowhere to be found on their website.

This article may help some to take care in their purchasees,

This here article is troubling in that "Hungary" seems to be the
country of choice for "Pet Brokers",
