Marcel-- We're waiting for some good news-- and cheering Gen on with
love and good wishes if the news hasn't arrived and started bawling yet.

Modern medical technology - 0
Baby's desire to stay in Gen's belly - 1

The drug that they gave her to induce pregnancy induced contractions, but
the baby was still too high and the contractions that it induced were not
effective, so they had to stop. They told us to come back on wednesday.

Tell the kid that if s/he stays much longer s/he'll have to start paying
rent.

Seriously, sending good thoughts and keeping things crossed.

It must be a girl. Boys spend nine months trying to get out, and the rest
of their lives trying to get back in Good luck.

Surely it's a little late for the induction of pregnancy! Or are
you getting an early start on #3?

I'm not sure if I was overdue, but my mother was in labor for something
like 28 hours with me. And I was her 4th child! Apparently, that was a
pace setter, as I do not, not, not want to be removed from a cozy bed in
the morning!
