Default my dog hurts when she gets up?

For about a week now, after my dog has been lying down, she tends to
yelp and cry when she gets up. Once she's up she doesn't walk with a
limp or exhibit any pain. If you touch her legs she shows no pain. She
is 5 year old Belgian Malinosis/German Sherphard mix. Any ideas?

I'd try moving it up. Sometimes, all it takes is telling them she seems
she's in a lot of pain.

That's definitely one for the vet. It's extremely difficult
for people without specific training to isolate orthopedic
problems, identify them, and figure out how to proceed. I'd
get her in sooner rather than later since she clear is
experience pain sometimes (I'd guess that it's nearly all
the time but that the pain doesn't interfere with her
gaits).

I agree with what everyone has to say; especially with the tendencies
of the breeds she is mixed with towards orthopedic and/or neurologic
conditions. Should do complete ortho and spinal rads, neuro
assessment (make sure they lift her tail up as cauda equina is a
condition that causes sharp shooting pains that cause animals to often
cry out but not be noticeably lame), and bloodwork (be sure to have
them include a tick profile).
Hopefully it is nothing too serious, I just work in a practice where
we tend to see the worst of things - my poor animals are always put
through the ringer for the smallest little symptom!!
