cataracts
My 15 yr old miniature dachschund has cataracts and is also completely
deaf. The funny thing tho is that she gets around great and doesn't seem to be in an pain at all. It's very sad though to watch her trying to get from place to place bumping into things while she does so. I'm curious if it's possible to get just one eye done on a dog. Does anyone know if a vet will operate on just one eye? I looked into both eyes and its ridiculously spendy. thx. |

I took one of my dogs up to the ophthamologist at the Cornell Vet School, and she recommended having just one eye done. -- Melinda Shore - Software longa, hardware brevis - Prouder than ever to be a member of the reality-based community |

Thanks you guys. She is old but at the same time I love her and would
like her to have the best final time she can....maybe she's too old, I don't know. II |
