The 6 year old poodle has been adopted by a retirement home 3 weeks
ago and is regularly taken outside for pee breaks. She was good to go
outside at the beginning but is now peeing on the carpet right after
she comes inside. She seems happy and playfull but this is a new
thing for her but it's just not acceptable if it's a behavior thing.
Any suggestions would be appreciated. She is going in the the vet
this afternoon for herbooster shots.

I would take in a urine sample to rule out a UTI. Is it the same area
that she goes in? Make sure it is cleaned with a product that gets
rid of the smell

She was checked by the vet and had her booster shots and blood work
done. She is voiding large amounts when she goes and not frequent so
that doesn't sound like a UTI.
