Default Snow day!

It's snowing here for the first time this winter. I'm at home, because
even though I'm from a northern state, the people around here are crazy-
scary driving in the snow. Every single time it's snowing and I come home
from work, it takes me hours and is terrifying practically the entire
time.

But I digress from what I intended to write about: snow dogs! Even Queen
Dainty Toes likes the snow. We all went out to play. I came in first,
followed by the cockerchow, who is made for snow but perhaps it is not
deep enough for her yet. Queenie and Max stayed out for a while --
Queenie waiting for squirrels (although just now she got the zoomies),
and Max was just sitting out there, getting whiter and whiter. It was
hilarious and I tried to capture it on film (as it were) but of course by
the time I got my camera, it was too late. He's small, but he of all of
them is made for snow, with his heavy pomeranian coat that no rain nor
snow can penetrate.

Ditto. I postponed a client this afternoon for that very reason. We're
expecting snow/ice/rain, which is just a bad thing on Route 70, between
the trucks and Marylanders who don't know how to deal with precip. DH
took my Pilot to work and I am running some errands this morning before
it starts and then coming home.

I want to take more Marcie snow pics. We were lucky to get her first
snow the week after she arrived, but nothing since. I've never had a
dog who doesn't love snow, so hopefully we'll be having some fun this
afternoon! Enjoy!
