Awww. She's obviously cccccold! Only ONE blanket?

It's a big, (ugly), fleecy blanket, though.

You dog abusing thug.

Well, duh!

Whenever I take the clothes out of the dryer I make a point
of taking a warm item and tucking it around Taffy whether she's on the
floor or in the chair. She loves it like a cat would.

You mean, like this?

So much so that when
I feel she's really cold or that her athritis is bothering her, I'll
throw a towel in the dryer for a few minutes and get it nice
and toasty and cover her up.

You are way nicer than I am!

(If you tell anyone that I'll deny it.)

Your secret is safe with me.

Why must Harriet always have her head in the sand, er, fleece? Why can't
she just face reality?????

I think that's really sweet. But I won't tell anyone.

Sometimes she's very much like her namesake.

Hmmm, I hope this doesn't reveal me to be a total dope, but I don't know
who Harriet Brown is -- won't you please tell me? Then I can slap myself
on the forehead for not knowing.

Harriet Brown was one of the fake names Greta Garbo used when she
"vonted to be alone."

Harriet was named after the Opal song--the sweetest, saddest song
EVAR. This is a cover version, and I haven't listened to it because
I don't have headphones here, so I don't know if they butchered it
or not.

Ok, not slapping myself on the forehead! The song does sound sweet and
sad, although it's hard to make out all the lyrics. I tried to find it by
Opal online, but as I'm sure you discovered, it is impossible.

Yeah. They weren't around long, and their first album is especially
hard to come by. You can't even find lyrics online for most of
their songs.

Oh, also, just for context: Opal changed vocalists and became Mazzy
Star. Mazzy Star might be a little less obscure.
