We apparently had a slow news day.

The picture was taken during the opening of a new road near our
house in August.

(Yes, some of the text is incorrect, but I think it's still good
"doggie PR." We found Grazie in the marsh just beyond where she is
in the photo.)

We'd gone to the road opening ceremony to ask when the accompanying
ped. trails would be finished. The ones near us are now finished.
They're wonderful and we use them daily.

It's amazing what a difference having good trails nearby can
make. We certainly enjoy the exercise and regular interaction with
neighbors. The dogs are much more relaxed (sometimes comatose)
these days. Trails - highly recommended; get 'em in your community.

Now to see about fencing a dog play area...
